30 miles is an amazing achievement! You certainly shouldn't feel bad about it. I love the jumpsuits too. I would be very interested to know how you get on with a cami top with a built in support, as I have never managed to find a strapless bra that is remotely comfortable! ❤

I have the pattern, but have never made it. I am guilty of having a fair few WIPs. I tend to cut out a few projects at a time, so if things aren't going great, I am tempted to put it aside and get on with something else. I really must catch up with them all.

OMG 30 miles - absolute legend!!! I live in Australia and my dream when I win the lottery is to make the most fabulous dress ever out of the most amazing fabric ever and then fly around the world from one frocktails to the next and never stop - so maybe I'll see you in Plymouth!!!! haha

Well done on your challenge Angela. I don't know why you are disappointed, that was an amazing achievement! My Ewbank (floor sweeper) has just broken and I'm gutted, because, they are so useful. You will love yours. Davenport dress is looking really good and I love the fabric.

I think you will set a trend there with the manual floor cleaner. Don't be surprised to see them in future sewing room tours

Ever since I use Stash-hub, I have all my projects, all my ideas and inspiration all together and accessible. I love going back and look at past projects and make them again. 30 miles for a first endurance event is quite the achievement. You didn't train beforehand. Well done!

Firstly I have to say I think you did amazing with your Hope 24 run! Don’t beat yourself up about having to walk, the fact you had to do that in 5 mile stints makes it harder. Having ran 3 marathons myself, I know that if I had to stop after every 5 miles I probably wouldn’t have been able to do it! High five to you!! Loved seeing your memades this week. I love the new look 6446 jumpsuit on you. It’s definitely my fav jumpsuit pattern. I need to make another as just had to bin my viscose version as I’d worn it so much there were holes in the crotch lol. Well done with your climbing too xx

I have made the new look jumpsuit the waist lays about hip length I raised the waist but a very nice pattern made 2 of them .

I think your black print does look summery, well matched to the dress and… think of it as something to wear if you visit NYC! I love the Cuba Libre! I’ll bet it’s too big, do you have enough fabric to make a wide belt? I would try that first.

Yes, replacing a zipper feels fiddly but if you've never done it, I suggest you try. Once. You can learn Things replacing a jeans zip.

Ooh! That sounds like a fun event, never heard of Frocktails before. Unfortunately I won't be in Plymouth next March but I'll be there next month. Any recommendations for sewing shops welcome! I've just finished my first Lotta dress and I'm really pleased with it.

I made the Tilly and the Buttons Lyra as everyone was making it but its just doesn’t suit me…. Don’t know why but i feel really frumpy😢 no one else looks frumpy in there’s just me 😂. Loving your jumpsuit though x
